In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and such written commercial documents, the written commercial documents prevail.
Payments are received only via bank transfer to the corporate bank account of Blue Mirage Enterprises - FZCO, as stated on the applicable invoice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Blue Mirage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website, or any reliance placed on its contents. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
